Congratulations to Mark Fairchild of Elk City, OK, winner of Sunday's event at Sugar Creek Canyon in Hinton, OK and a first time winner on the FairWay Tour. The tour has played 24 events so far this year and Mark becomes the 22nd winner! Only two players have won multiple events on our tour this year...Super Major #2 in Las Vegas has been finalized...we will be playing 2800 FT ABOVE STRESS LEVEL at Pete Dye's Paiute Las Vegas! Reply to this newsletter or call 405-203-4653 to get your spot in this unique event, which requires a $200 deposit by July 31st. These courses will be in immaculate condition. Don't miss this opportunity to take a Las Vegas vacation and PAY FOR EVERYTHING with your golf game!! The entry fee is $795 and includes all course fees and entry fee along with breakfast both days at the course! 1st place will be $5000 with 20 players and $10,000 with 40 players. The Red River Cup Points Race is in full swing with Paul Aycock the leader with 520 points, but Jeremy Copeland and Michael Gatz are hot on his tail! With half the season remaining, anyone can win the Red River Cup and a bonus check projected to be around $3,000! There will be a bonus payout to top 10 in final standings projected to be appx. $10,000. All you have to do is be a regular participant and get a couple of wins!! The money list is as close as the scoring in our events with the top 3 money leaders naturally being the winners of our three majors so far this year. Once you get past them, the money list is very tight with any of a number of players poised to break out from the pack with our 2 Super Majors (Stonebridge Dye and The Paiute)on the horizon. These events have the best payout ratio ($500 per player in prize fund!) as the winners of these events will surely be in the race for the Red River Cup and money title. We hope to see you at the course very soon because "IF YOU DON'T TEE IT UP YOU CAN'T WIN!"
