Belknap wins $5K @ Kickingbird with net score of -4; Oakhurst in Houston next Saturday pays $5K w/36+

William Belknap used a hot putter and perfect conditions at Kickingbird GC Saturday to fire a net score of -4 and win $5000 from the field of 42 players. Kickingbird GC is rated the easiest course on the tour's regular circuit at 6647 from the tips and a slope rating of 118. The 11-year tour vet played his first of 126 rounds in March 2002. Great job William! The tour has now paid $166,136 thru March, nearly double our nearest competitor and more than double if you include th $7585 currently in the cash bonus pool that will be paid to our 20 most successful and loyal players at the end of the year. This pot will likely reach $25,000! The FairWay Tour has more events to participate and pays more money to less people as we only go to 12 handicap with a single flight of competition! Next Saturday, the FairWay Tour will be @ Oakhurst GC in Houston for 1-Day Major #3 and Hobbs, New Mexico for a 1-Day Net event. On Sunday, the tour rolls thru Dallas for a 1-Day Net event at Stonebridge Ranch's Hills Course - the more relaxing of the two Stonebridge courses! After that, the tour will play Super Major #2 Masters Weekend at Frisco Lakes GC...we hope to see you at the course because "IF YOU DON'T TEE IT UP YOU CAN'T WIN!"
